“Looked great in the pictures, we arrived to trash outside the door then given the wrong code. Waited at 1am in front of the door for almost an hour for them to give us the right code. Walked in to 2 large roaches scurrying away immediately and fruit flies floating around the sink and laundry area. My girlfriend screamed from some of the bugs landing on her at some point. I grabbed ALL of our luggage and went back to our vehicles after all that waiting and traveling, loaded the car back up and left after 15 minutes. Immediately requested a refund and cancellation given that we only were ACTUALLY IN THE PROPERTY for about 15 minutes, the host told us since we had technically checked in that they could only refund us 70% of what we paid even though there was literal bugs inside the house and we didn’t even stay a single night there. Host has since been unresponsive and unwilling to give ANY of the money back. Look at my previous reviews if you don’t believe me.”

“A soso flip on the apartment, absolutely not good BUT nothing that bad either. The problem is the location, the apartment is in slums/project housing. Any adult raised in America should recognize this as you approach. This building had a terrible bug problem and smelled. They were responsive so maybe other locations are ok, but they can't make the apartment nice enough to excuse its location. Yes, essentially everything wrong is out of PBP's control, but again someone physically saw this and still made the decision. They know what decision was made. I happened to be on a work trip but the idea of a BnB is for vacation purposes, I can't imagine someone being "happy" with this place.”

“THIS PLACE WAS FILTHY IT HAD BED BUGS, TUB FILTHY, NO CLEANING SUPPLIES, NO RAGS, TOWELS NO SOAP NO TISSUE NO NOTHING! FALSE ADVERTISING! NO WIFI NO ROUTER!! They don’t reach out I had to dispute the charge thank god I got my money back! DO NOT BOOK!!!”

“I'm very upset because I was paying monthly it came out of my bank account but some how never got paid. Then my reservation is canceled... we wasn't just staying there we were living there. We now have no where to go because I paid for this month and it's gone. I showed proof stayed in contact with everyone more than I can imagine it has consumed me for days and I am very upset about it. I feel this was very very unprofessional... they wouldn't respond still won't respond.. customer support puts me off on someone else nothing ever was fixed. I'm over it”

“This place was terrible, NEVER book with them. I booked for my girlfriend and she showed up first day to the entire place being dirty, bed looked like it was just slept in. i let the host know he said he will refund for that night as we agreed to come back next day. As my girlfriend showed up next day the bed was made but bathroom was still disgusting hair on the toilet, in the shower, stains in the bath tub. They didn’t even leave her a towel to shower with. i requested a full refund, and have not gotten nothing all the hosts keeps saying is “ he will let me know as he talks to his superior “ DO NOT STAY HERE”

“Checking in took 2 hours to finally get into the apartment. After getting into the apartment I was met with lights that did not work, a disgusting bathroom curtain, and mold coming out of every vent in the apartment”

“Don’t stay here, roaches as soon as I walked in the door. Didn’t stay in the apartment for more than 15 minutes. Had a terrible time getting ahold of them after I wanted a refund. Had to contact AIRBNB to get it worked out. If you want to live with roaches or want a bad time getting ahold of someone I guess this would be your place.”

“I’ve use Airbnb for the past 9 years and this is so far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Host is unresponsive, I stayed for over 5 weeks and I didn’t have hot water in one of the restrooms. The place was clear but is really old and has a smell. The stairs have a smell like trash. I would not recommend to anyone. It has a really good location which is the only plus.”

“Beware, one of the worst Airbnb experiences we've had. The host provided the wrong address, causing major check-in problems and disrupting the first week of our stay. The host could not offer any information for several days and provided little communication until the end of each business day only to offer empty apologies. When they finally provided the coorect address the air conditioning barely functioned and was not repaired for more than a week despite repeated complaints. We also lost water service without any warning from the host. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were stained, and the shower was falling apart. Basic necessities such as a valid address, reliable air conditioning, and running water should not be issues at a rental property. We cannot recommend this listing.”

“Very unsatisfactory and unsanitary condition of living space. Not clean and damp smell made us sick with infections of bacteria. Nothing was resolved. Dealt with pests every single day of my stay. Window ac units are very stinky and only avaliable in two rooms not entire apartment in accurate listing of description of place.”
