manager-review.com aggregates guest reviews from third-party sources and collects verified homeowner reviews to help users evaluate vacation rental property managers. Rankings and ratings are provided for general informational purposes only.

To submit a review you must create an account and verify your email and phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• You must own or have direct experience with the property or manager you review, and your review must be truthful and based on genuine experience.
• You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or that you were paid or incentivized to submit.
• You grant Manager-review.com LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, sell, license, and create derivative works from the content, feedback, and information you submit, in any media and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without compensation or further notice to you.
• We may moderate, edit for length, or remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service, including its design, rankings, and original content, is owned by Manager-review.com LLC and protected by applicable laws. Third-party reviews remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with attribution.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ratings and rankings reflect available data and our methodology; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or that any manager will meet your expectations. Your dealings with any property manager are solely between you and that manager.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manager-review.com LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
