“So property was fine the area outside where the neighbors they smoke a lot so they would leave cigarettes buds outside the staircase up. Then the neighbor at night were loud and would be up talking till about midnight. The roof leaked in the second room a little and the porch was covered in bird poop. Not a terrible place was comfy and A/C worked great but it is one of the most affordable places around so wouldn’t complain about that price is what you would expect for the condition.”

“Beware, one of the worst Airbnb experiences we've had. The host provided the wrong address, causing major check-in problems and disrupting the first week of our stay. The host could not offer any information for several days and provided little communication until the end of each business day only to offer empty apologies. When they finally provided the coorect address the air conditioning barely functioned and was not repaired for more than a week despite repeated complaints. We also lost water service without any warning from the host. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were stained, and the shower was falling apart. Basic necessities such as a valid address, reliable air conditioning, and running water should not be issues at a rental property. We cannot recommend this listing.”

“The house has roaches in it. When you look up the address you won’t find the unit it’s in the section behind the apartments they give you address too. Took us about 30-40 min to find unit. Water leaking from toilet so I’m sure it’s mold somewhere because every morning we woke up stuffy and sneezing. The bed isn’t comfortable at all. OVER PRICED and host is not considerate. Don’t book here”
