“Difficult location for us to stay in due to other tenants in the bldg and lack of consideration towards others living there. Couldn't sleep in the "main" bedroom due to "medicinal " smoke smells from adjoining units. Complex was close to interstate roadways and conveniently located to grocery and other shopping locations.”

“Broken HVAC, roach infestation, parking lot loitering, heavy odor of smoke (weed) in unit, loud music blasting at all hours made this an unbearable stay. Was 86F inside the unit for several days (atlanta is often very hot in the Summer months). No resolution to date from Properties by Preston.”

“I was unable to stay at this property due to the condition on arrival. The unit was not clean—there were multiple dead roaches in the bedroom (along with a roach trap), debris and hair in the bed, and leftover pills from a previous guest. I also observed what appeared to be a bed bug and visible mold growth. I had asked about pest issues prior to check-in and was told this was not a concern, which did not match what I encountered. I did not unpack and left immediately. Airbnb support reviewed the situation and issued a full refund.”

“Convenient to 75, Kroger, Publix, and Walmart, this quiet E Cobb location sits between Marietta and Roswell and is not far from Cumberland Mall. We very much appreciated the hi-speed internet and new appliances. The 4-cup coffee maker and electric kettle were an especially nice welcome.”

“I definitely wasn’t going to even leave a review at all! Because I get it sometimes.. the host was very responsive the location was great but $693 for this was not it! First unit I won’t even say what was wrong but that switched us I was grateful but then it was something wrong with that tried to switch me again but it was a one bed one and not two and by that time I was over it… so I wasn’t going to leave a review because he kindly was going to refund me and if I mentioned everything atp he had no choice I don’t blame the Jose entirely I blame the cleaner they hired and the units they own needs maintenance and TLC vs the pictures .. if it was half the price anyone would have just put up with it when I talk to Josh he just was dry on the phone and seemed empathetic I only left a review because I had to come out of pocket and get another Airbnb soundly get a credit or something (Airbnb fault not his) but that messed my whole weekend up”
