First time doing a longer term stay at an Airbnb. I had to work in the area for 2 months and it was perfect for that. Really liked the apartment - spacious and comfy. Neighborhood was quiet, well kept, and the pool was great. As a long-term rental it could use more cooking supplies and linens, and the mattress could have been a bit better. Overall, though, the stay was very good. It did not have a vacuum cleaner and 2 months, was too long between cleanings. I contacted the manager and they had a new vacuum cleaner outside the door the next day. If I have to return for work, I would stay there again. Thanks!

Great stay! I would highly recommend this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is in a nice apartment complex and is located below the ground floor. You need to walk down a set of stairs to access it from the parking lot. The unit did look like the pictures. Unfortunately, it was not clean upon arrival. The shower curtain was moldy, there was trash left under the bed, the mattress had stains on it (no protector), the carpet and bed had a musty smell, the headboard was dusty, trash was left at the bottom of the trash can under a new bag that was just placed over, cobwebs were in the kitchen, the top of the fridge was covered in dust, there was leftover food and mold in the dishwasher. I reached out to the host via chat (outsourced to a foreign country) and they kept saying they would contact their cleaning crew to resolve. Well they never did and I had to contact Airbnb support. I was given a partial refund for the nights I stayed, reimbursed for the mattress protector I bought and fully refunded for the remaining nights after agreeing to leave.
