“Comfortable, clean apartment in central location. Host was very responsive and even sent extra towels and linens upon request. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown, which means noise from bars and restaurants below should be expected. If you’re looking for a completely quiet stay, this is not the right choice. If you are however looking for a convenient spot to access all that New Haven has to offer, this is a good choice. Free overnight street parking is available on chapel past Dwight street, a pleasant 15 min walk away.”

“Noise is unbearable with the bars/clubs next door. The fact I was locked out 4 times upon my stay was unacceptable. THEN I had to purchase and change the door batteries. It was stated that I would be reimbursed. I was not. The water is only lukewarm. No access to gym and no process in place to get my package. Air BNB host stated to contact leasing agent and leasing agent stated to contact Air BnB host. Zero help! Zero resolution. No accountability. Horrible experience.”
