“We were extremely exited for our trip to Savannah but unfortunately our stay with Preston was so very disappointing and cut our trip short. Upon entering we noticed our unit was filthy. There was pet hair, the kitchen was greasy, and in the master bedroom there was what looked to be animal vomit encrusted into the carpet in two places, like it’d been cleaned but not scrubbed out, and a used zyn was stuck to the window sill. In addition, there was barely any of the amenities listed in the description and what was provided was so low quality it was almost unusable. After several nights of putting up with it, we discovered the apartment was infested with fleas that had been biting us! We immediately contacted the host, who told us they could not relocate us and could only offer to door dash us bug spray. They then ghosted us when we asked for a refund twice. We had to contact air bnb because we were now stranded and needed the refund to find a different place. It took HOURS. DONT BOOK!”
