“The door was unsecure and I asked if the property was ready upon arrival and was not. It took Airbnb intervening in order for them to respond. The door was unlocked and when I arrived and shit was all over the entrance. They offered to put me in another room for the night to fix everything and then move me back. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just been moved and stayed at the new location. Frustrating experience.”
