When we booked this property, we were pretty certain it was going to be a run of the mill slumlord experience. Anyone who owns over 400 properties isn't able to adequately maintain all of them. But for the price, we figured we'd get what we paid for. The conditions were worse than we expected - there were issues with getting to the unit and gaining access, leaks in the roof, bugs all around, broken stoves + beds. The pool + gym that were advertised to us were unaccessible unless we paid a non-refundable deposit. Still, we tried to be amiable guests, given the low expectations we already had. The issue comes when a real issue occurs. Shortly into our stay, the keypad lock stopped working on us, which didn't allow us to lock it from the outside and prevented us from leaving. Preston and his incompetent ensemble had empty apologies and promises, but after 3 long weeks, the problem had not been fixed. We decided to cut our stay short. You'd find better housing under a bridge

Located in somewhat sketchy area, but I still felt fairly safe as a lone woman due to the door being on the third floor accessible from a somewhat hidden back entrance. The floors turned my socks brown immediately when I moved in, there were quite a few spiders, and a constant cigarette/weed smell. Having access to the pool was a huge plus (if you can get over being surrounded by screaming children). Host was empathetic and responsive to my issues however it seemed like the host had issues communicating with the maintenance team to resolve some problems (don’t blame the host at all for this, just an FYI)

Door doesn’t lock from the outside, this was not resolved for 2 months. Intermittently disconnecting Internet at random times of the day, wiring issues and a possible fire hazard with the outlets and leaking ac lines (from freezing and heating back up) drip onto exposed wiring. The host didn’t address any issues within the unit itself and issues were so bad I had to involve support. The location is not walkable and outside is a nightmare, it is a third floor unit with a staircase that always smells like dog pee. You’ll have to make the long walk across the parking lot if you want to throw the trash away (down and up 3 flights of stairs) Hope this helps everyone understand what they’re getting into.

Very quiet location and nice neighbors. Ideal for a long term stay, just be sure to ask for a map of the complex before you get there. The buildings are spread throughout a large area but the unit is easy to find with that map. Clean linen, bed, kitchen table and couch and the AC works great!

This is a nightmare airbnb. The property themself cancelled my initial stay, and I never was told why. When I rebooked with another location of theirs (mistake) they moved my unit to a 2 bedroom as opposed to 1 bedroom at “no cost”. When I arrived, the address took me to the leasing office and not the unit. The actual unit itself was missing an outdoor lock (it was on the first floor) and it took them 3 days to replace it. There was constant noise above me for weeks, and when I complained all I got back was that they notified the leasing office. There were spiders and beetles/cockroaches constantly. The AC broke. The last straw was a water leak that flooded the unit. I had to leave for 4 nights cause it was unlivable. Every time I asked for an update, they couldn’t seem to give me one or reach maintenance. I cut my stay short and moved into another airbnb. I was paying 2-3x what the rate for the apartment was, and I am still not sure why. Awful experience. Location is not ideal either.
