Intended to stay 10 weeks. Only stayed a few days. Really hard to get any straight answers from the host. Person responding didn’t seem to know anything about the property. Kind of dirty inside and out. Pool was closed. Host didn’t respond to my efforts to get a fob to access the gym.

My family has stayed at three Properties by Preston units, and only one met Airbnb standards. The Charlie is better suited for a single person, not really a family or long-term stay. The listing and amenities need to be corrected because everything advertised is not always provided. This unit does not have a washer and dryer, so for a longer stay you should expect laundromat expenses. I would also recommend taking a full before and after video of the unit. The area was not ideal for us, and parking was frustrating. There is an assigned spot, but no parking pass system, and it did not seem like unauthorized cars were being enforced. To be fair, Properties by Preston communicates well and they are usually quick to address smaller issues and replace broken appliances. However, they need to hold their cleaners accountable and better inspect the properties they manage so guests arrive to a clean, ready unit. Overall, communication was good, but the cleanliness, missing amenities needs work.
