“This was hands down the worst 48 hours. We were supposed to be here for 2 months. The unit was switched on us a few hours before checkin. I accepted because we had no alternative. There were immediate issues with dead bugs, sticky floors, a horrendous smell, sinks not draining, electrical outlets not covered, and more. When I reached out to the host they said they would find me another unit and then went quiet for nearly 24 hours before accidentally sending me a message they intended for another host. We left after 2 days and will never return. Would strongly suggest you don’t stay at any of the properties by Preston either.”

“When we entered the property it was very hot upstairs. There was a fan and humidifier that was left on and running in one of the bedrooms because of some leak. Then when maintenance came and picked it up they just entered the home while my wife was upstairs naked and my 5 year old daughter was with her. She had to rush and put some clothes on while she called me on video because she was frightened. That was the worst of it. Also all of the appliances were very small which made it difficult to cook for 3. Utensils were also small and super cheap. Pillows were very flat so we bought our own. This place was way over priced.”

“I was unable to get into the condo when I arrived due to the electronic keypad being dead. I contacted the host as soon as I arrived to report the issue. The host asked me was to stay in a hotel that day and the issue would be rectified the following day. For 2 days I stayed in contact with the host asking about updates on when would I be able to get into the condo. The host continued to tell me the same excuse of she was calling a locksmith. Eventually I requested to cancel the reservation. I’m a travel healthcare worker on contract so I reserved the condo for 90 day. I drove 6 hours to be”
