“We originally booked this apartment for a long-term stay, but it did not meet our expectations or provide good value for the price. Throughout our entire stay, there was a persistent marijuana odor that never went away. The apartment was not well-equipped for long-term living, with only one small couch, one television, and no dressers or adequate clothing storage. The property showed numerous maintenance issues, including roaches, extensive staining on the bathroom ceiling consistent with moisture damage or possible mold/mildew, peeling paint and damaged drywall around the shower, rust in the sink overflow, a damaged mirror, poor caulking around the toilet, and a front deck covered in heavy green buildup. Although the host communicated with us and asked how they could improve our stay, our reasonable request was never fulfilled. Based on our experience, we do not feel this apartment offers good value and would not recommend it for either long- or short-term stays.”

“Home was ok ,but I left my child phone at this property. and they still have not returned my child phone. it has been almost a week and I have not recieved My child phone. they turned off the find my iPhone or disabled my child phone so it can not be tracked which showed it was at this location I text them as soon as I realized it was left which mean the cleaning crew or whoever clean was the next to come in. my child phone was left under the pillow on the left side and we didn’t know until she told us. Which I reached out immediately.”
