“DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay here! This listing is completely inaccurate. Arrived and was given a "backup door code." It looked like someone had just rummaged through the place and left! Hole in the kitchen ceiling from water damage. Hole in the bathroom door. There was trash in the trash cans, dirty dishes on the kitchen counter, the bed linens were piled on the bed (like someone had just slept there and left), and the place smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom was so dirty, I wouldn't bathe a dog in there. The location is not ideal either. Was forced to find another long-term option that night. This was for a SIXTY DAY stay! Initially the host refused to refund any money at all. We finally "negotiated" on paying for 7 days after threatening to have my attorney call; at least that meant no one else had to stay in that shit hole for 7 days. I've rented all over the world and have hosted on Air BnB. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! BEWARE!”

“From the pictures, the property looks amazing—but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience after moving in. The first issue I noticed was the garbage valet. Many tenants weren’t using proper garbage cans and instead left loose bags in the hallway. These bags would leak fluids onto the concrete floors, which absorbed the smell and made the hallways unpleasant. Another concern was the pool. It was already dirty during my first weekend there, and shortly after, it was closed for repairs and remained unavailable. Overall, the property didn’t seem well maintained. There’s very little grass throughout the community, which makes the environment feel dusty and unkempt. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.”
