“Loved it, just wanted I needed at the time”

“As always I do like to stay in Pinebrook. Very quiet and comfortable place. Amazing park in walking distance. I would like to stay there for a next month but the only thing is the price went up since my last stay early this year. Other than that it’s very nice place to stay.”

“This place needs a redo - most of the closet doors are broken. Kitchen is minimally furnished. We replace the shower curtain - pink with mold. Pictures do not show window air conditioner - too much noise when they run. Furniture is shakey, kitchen chairs wobble. End table in living room looks like it was recovered from a dumpster. No trash can in the main bathroom. In both bathrooms the toilet paper holder was broken. The vacuum clean was full of crap when we moved in - we used our own. Didn't use the sheets or towels - felt they were inferior to what we were used to. Refrigerator sounded like it was going to die any time. The installed laminate vinyl flooring was a joke. Don't know what they installed it over but it was uneven - things under the floor were poking through it in place. Of all the VRBO and Air B&B places I've booked this place gets something like a C- or D. My wife want to give it an F. Barely habitable. If I had another choice - I would have taken it.”

“Very unsatisfactory and unsanitary condition of living space. Not clean and damp smell made us sick with infections of bacteria. Nothing was resolved. Dealt with pests every single day of my stay. Window ac units are very stinky and only avaliable in two rooms not entire apartment in accurate listing of description of place.”
