“The property itself is OK. I feel as if Preston and his team were very unattentive to my conditions when I arrived it was january and was below freezing that night, I had to buy heaters and was left without heat for 3 days. I texted preston and each time I asked about a compensation I was told they were speaking with management and would let me know. never heard back never got compensation. I could of got hypothermia. Lastly it is overpriced for the amenities, there are no tvs in your room, and there is a strange smell in the kitchen from the neighbors possibly. Its very basic and minimally thought of for the customer seems like they just want a quick buck.”
