“Great place to call our temporary home. Location was perfect, quite building, safe and pet friendly. Stayed for over 30 days. Shopping, food, theater, gym, parks close by with easy access to freeways.”

“The only problem I had with my stay was the neighbors in the other apartments were loud. The people upstairs had 1 or 2 small children that cried at all hours of the day and it radiated down into the apartment. Other than that, no real complaints about my stay.”

“I stayed here for two months and cannot recommend it. The unit was not clean on arrival, it clearly had not been turned over between guests. I found a previous occupant's used clothing left under the furniture and their toiletries under the bathroom sink. There was visible mold growing in the bathroom, which I documented. Carpets, couch pillows, towels, and bath mats were stained, the oven was filthy inside, and I spent my first night deep cleaning with supplies I had to go buy myself. Beyond cleanliness, there was no working ventilation (windows did not open, no porch screen door), the AC struggled the entire stay and let the unit reach the high 70s. Both bedroom frames were broken on arrival (they did fix one of them a couple weeks in). The hosts were fine, offered to fix things right away, but this does not change the fact the apartment was in disgusting condition. The apartment needs a complete overhaul before it is suitable for guests.”
