“Overall a good experience! Had some issues here and there but would stay here again when visiting the Arlington area.”

“The first day I had an epic battle with a giant cockroach, weighing in at over 100 grams and with a body length of 2.5 inches with a 1/4 reach on the punch it was not an easy fight. I did spray it with Lysol and blinded it and then smashed it with the can 10 times and it still wanted to go another round, when I flushed it in the toilet. The following days I believe that the king of the cockroaches family came around to pay their respects, I ended up killing about 8 more and then put some diatomaceous earth around, which slowed their processions to a stop. After that we were infested with rollie pollie bugs and would find about 10 a day that we would have to sweep outside, it is a good thing they roll so fine. I told the people about this problem and they said they would call the rental office and setup an paid assasin for bugs. When it never happened I called again and again and again and was told they are waiting on the rental office, they never came out in 1.5 months...”

“Wonderful stay”

“This was the worst Airbnb I've ever had. I should have left right away but they wouldn't refund my money & promised to fix things which took more than a month I had rented it for an extended stay. in the end I was locked out due to Preston Properties not paying their bill. I lost most of my belongings & no one compensated me for my losses. Now I'm being pressured by Airbnb to pay the remainder of the bill. Which should not be, I never terminated the agreement, Preston Properties did that when they refused to show up after the lockout & yes i reached out for 4 days but when you know you are in the wrong, you duck & hide.”
