“This is a basic furnished rental. I knew I was responsible for my own supplies, so that was not an issue. However, the apt was not ready upon arrival: musty towels, no kitchen towels, unusable pillows, mold, a leak, and a very limited “fully stocked” kitchen. To their credit, they eventually replaced the carpet, pillows, sheets, towels, and added kitchen items, but this took about a week and significant follow up. Guests should not have to identify everything missing or unusable to ensure the aptartment is furnished as advertised. Communication was my biggest frustration. I spoke with multiple representatives who often seemed unaware of previous conversations. It felt like nothing moved forward unless I continued checking in. Because communication with the property was so ineffective, I eventually had to involve Airbnb support, who agreed the property and communication did not meet standards. Wi-Fi took 2 weeks to get resolved. The gym requires a key fob outside business hours.”

“I have had nothing but great Airbnb experiences until Preston Property!!! They weren’t clear in the details surrounding check in, pool access, valet trash, nor mail procedures! It’s a company so you message with quite a few people who give inaccurate information (guidelines for other properties that they manage). They are very apologetic and try to make things write but it’s not worth it if you have other options. A roach was also in the apartment that I had to kill. Upon arrival, the kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were decent, but the linen was filthy. Sent them Pogue’s. Dog hair, stains and god only knows what else was on the bedding. There was dust and trash btw the nightstands,m and other crevices. It was just not a good experience and ai would stand clear of any property using this company.”
