“would not recommend staying here. I had a seven-night stay and didn’t have hot water until after the fourth night, which is completely unacceptable. There were also multiple maintenance issues, including dirty vents, a broken door, and no bathroom light for the first four days. On top of that, I never received laundry pods or a TV remote during my stay, so I wasn’t even able to use the TV. The location is good, and the place wasn’t terrible once the hot water was finally fixed, but going four days without hot water—and dealing with several unresolved issues—made for a frustrating experience overall”

“First impression was the smell. Spent a half-day deep cleaning the space. I was a long term guest for 1.5 months and the quality of furnishings were very poor quality for the price paid. Mattress was way too firm. Paper thin pillows. 2 large carpets with multiple stains. Cheap, dirty towels. Dirt everywhere. AC filter was pitch black. Couch is uncomfortable and again with stains. Had to spend lots of time and money cleaning the space for it to feel livable. Luckily the hosts reimbursed me. Building was unkept too— trash, stains, smells everywhere. Gym equipment missing or broken. Trash chutes overfilled for days. People smoke inside and the smell would travel through the air vents. To future guests that visit, I bought nicer pillows, a mattress topper, new bedroom rug, new towels, and bath mats. Hosts are very responsive, and the actual space/location are nice, which gets my 2 stars, but the building/messiness left a bad impression. Hopefully the cleaning fees go toward cleaning.”

“I loved the property! To put it in perspective it’s basically a loft style apartment. It was spacious updated and very clean. Great downtown location. For me I just wanted a peaceful stay before I moved out of town and this place gave me exactly that. I will definitely book again!”

“This was my second time renting from Properties by Preston. Excellent value - spacious apt - laundry machines - good temp control - good kitchen Comfy bed ~ awesome bathroom. I will certainly book again. Perfect for convention center gig workers”
