“The place had bugs, was dirty, had a clogged bathroom sink, a broken bed, broken blinds, mold, needed many repairs. It was clear that no one cleaned since the previous tenents.”

“Properties by Preston were very responsive when getting instructions for checking in. Unfortunately when we arrived it was unclear from the instructions the number of the apartment we were renting. When we did get in, the apartment did not look the same as the photos online - the ones online made the apartment look a lot nicer than it was. When looking around we found traps for cockroaches and rodent droppings in the cupboard under the sink. The apartment was also not very clean. We have a 6 year old and a dog and decided we could not stay. We let the host and Airbnb know and our reservation was canceled with a full refund given.”
