I stayed at this property until my new home was ready. Very quiet and peaceful. The unit was absolutely spotless. Staff was responsive and communicated well. Close to the subway and several major bus lines.

For the price, it’s honestly hard to beat for a long-term stay. Preston is very responsive, and it usually doesn’t take long to get a reply from their team. Street Parking is available, but don’t expect spots directly in front of the building. You should still be able to find parking within the block. Also, don’t leave anything visible inside your car, it’s still Philadelphia. That said, the neighborhood feels safe and you can walk around comfortably. It’s also a very pet-friendly neighborhood. Community also very friendly. Ask them for a key fob or keep your phone with you to use the app to open the gates, in the cold the keypad gets a bit unreliable. Overall, it was a good stay. There were a few bumps along the way, but I stayed for over a year, and I think that says a lot.

My stay at Preston was good, and the apartment looked exactly like the photos. The location is not the best for walking directly around the building, but there is a large park and river about a 15–20 minute walk away. The building itself has a gym and even a billiards room. The apartment is very cozy and has two walk-in closets, which was a big plus for me. The apartment has good, fast internet. The AC is a bit noisy on cooling mode, but works quietly on heating mode. Communication with Preston was a little slow at times, but they were able to help and resolve every issue I had

If you’re considering this place, the location is genuinely great, and the city views don’t disappoint but that’s where the highlights of this stay end. The unit is overpriced, under-maintained, and misrepresented. We walked in to peeling walls, a degraded AC unit with visible water damage, trash bags covering windows, the bathroom was left dirty and the kitchen was barely cleaned. Of course we cleaned it ourselves. Later in the stay we ran into multiple instances where Preston’s communication was horribly fragmented across multiple contacts. We were locked out twice with little to no help during both (one being @ 2:30 AM). Preston offered no real solution nor urgency and at one point suggested using a credit card to break into the door. It was Airbnb who actually showed up for us, covering a hotel stay for the night. At $2,200+/month, guests deserve basic maintenance, reliable access, and a host who responds. Ask detailed questions before booking. Preston has ALOT of work to do here..
