“Unfortunately my stay wasn’t the greatest. First day hot water was not working, stains on the bedding sets. Balcony door did not lock. I had to ask for the gate code to get in, was locked out had to wait for them to get the code accessed again in which had me late for work.”

“There were major issues, most of which were fixed promptly. Major issues include but not limited to: bed broken, half of it on the floor, cold water knob in shower not working making it not possible to shower because if only using the hot water knob it came out scalding, outlets not working in one bedroom, no towels except for one very old ripped towel with stains, broken towel holder, dirty bathroom (pictures sent as requested and was never addressed), locked out of the apartment when the automatic lock glitched one day, a beeping fire alarm because the batteries were dying. There were other issues that weren’t addressed because the list of things that needed to be fixed were so long for example the pillows had the thing where it’s very lumpy, the worst I’ve seen and they were all like that. I replaced the batteries in the remote, replaced light bulbs, and put together à lamp cuz no light in living room. There were a couple more things but I’m running out of allowd space in review”

“Roaches. Abnormal accumulation of dust on the ceiling fan. Roaches. A huge rusty hole in the sink. Roaches. Paint constantly peeling off of the tubs. Dirty microwave. Dead bugs under kitchen cabinets. Whoever is responsible for cleaning just simply doesn't clean. Customer service was polite and timely, but that doesn't change the condition of the property. I was in an emergency and had to get the least expensive Airbnb I could find. I spent $2500 for an entire month of filth. I'm pretty sure the actual owners haven't even seen this space recently. If they have, shame on them”
