“I am not someone who ever writes bad reviews but multiple things happened at this stay that I feel a need to warn people of. First the air conditioning did not work when I arrived and I told the host right away. The air conditioning did not get fixed for 4 full nights despite it being over 82 degrees in the apartment. Second the code to the door died, locking all of my things and medication in the apartment. When I told the host they said there was nothing they could do and I was unable to get into the apartment for a full 24 hours”

“Spent 45min in the heat while they clImed they were working on the smartlock that wasn't working. Then they offered me an alternate apartment that was infested with living and dead roaches, smelled awful, and was dusty like noone had stayed there in months. I left immediately and a neighbor who saw me leaving told me he would have advised me not to stay there as I was not the first to turn and leave due to lack of cleanliness and unsafe apartment complex.”
