• Reviews you submit. The content of homeowner reviews you write, and whether you recommend a manager.
• Aggregated guest reviews. We display publicly available guest reviews from third-party sources (such as Airbnb), with attribution and links to the original.
• Usage data. Standard log and analytics data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies.We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used, including cookies set by our analytics provider (see “Analytics” below).

Public content you submit (such as your display name and review text) is visible to anyone. By using the Service, you consent to these practices, including the sale and sharing of your information as described above.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
