“The basic apartment is very nice, newly renovated and functional. It was just adequately furnished. Once you locate the apartment on the lowest level of the complex, you can access the entryway by parking on the street outside the complex and walk over the lawn with no stairs to encounter. I was a first time tenant and they made up for any issues I reported. I would stay there again.”

“It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. You can look at my history and its all positive. This place was disgusting, 30 seconds of vacuuming and it would be full of black dog hair, crusty food COVERING spatulas and silverware, upstairs apartment dumps somekind of container in their tub which leaks into the closet and is changing the color of the carpet. Which made my throat swell at night had to go get benedryl at 1am. Stinks, Bathtub cant be turned off completely so it constantly runs, door lock is dying so takes 2 tries most of the time. Hardly any furniture, 2 towels(paper thin, I left the green ones I bought for the next poor soul) Host is either new, very lazy, or needs to hire/fire a cleaning crew asap or all 3. I really don't like how you have to take a risk and rent longer periods to save money but if you get unlucky youre just stuck with it for weeks .”

“Stay was great! Apartment had all the things for a longer than usually stay. Felt at home and comfortable. Lower level apartment, could hear the above tenants at times but that wasn’t a problem, the stay was still great. Would stay again.”
