This nightmare started off with being switched to a different room because the lock didn’t work. I showed up to this property and the lights outside were flickering and not working. It smelled like pot and people were hanging around the lobby and around the outside of the property. The lobby was dirty and disgusting. The elevator was dirty and disgusting. The lock on my new unit did not work. Suddenly, the door opens, and there are people in my room. When I got into the room after the squatters had left, the carpet was stained. The floors were gross and had bugs. The bed wasn’t made. The bathroom was disgusting and it appeared drug residue was on the counter. None of the pictures in the ad looked like the actual unit. The furniture was outdated and dirty. The kitchen was gross and it looked like somebody had left a glass on the counter. There was trash in the hallway. There were building materials in the hallway. This may have been the worst Airbnb I have ever booked. Stay away

I walked in and had to immediately turn around and leave. There was an active gas leak in the kitchen, the sink had backed up putting all the contents of the line and grease all over the inside of the sink which smelled terrible. The closets hanging on by hopes and dreams, black mold in the bathrooms and a broken bed frame for the second bedroom with sharp pieces sticking out. I checked in on a Sunday where the host had their line forwarded to the front lobby which was empty. When they did finally respond in the app (after Airbnb was forced to contact them) they were apologetic and said "we're sending maintenance up" but there are many red flags here. Their maintenance and standards need a complete overhaul.

The pictures are kinda misleading, the unit was dusty and in need of a deep clean. It was also missing basic supplies like paper towels, dish soap/sponges, hand soap, a bath mat, and a shower curtain. There's a ceiling leak in the bathroom anytime you shower. The bed also doesn't not look how it appears in the photos. The hosts were responsive but slow to resolve any issues. We were given a partial refund. We would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.

The property was not described correctly at all, had trouble checking in they ended up switching my unit and then found bugs in the unit. Not to mention I sat around trying to get checked in for over an hour waiting for them to respond and couldn’t give a phone number to sort out the issues. They preferred to send one message every 15-20 mins. The area the unit is in? I wouldn’t feel safe leaving my wife here. Overall DO NOT book this place. We don’t even stay in the unit, we walked in and immediately left. TERRIBLE.
