4.73
iTrip's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

He knew that there’s a construction team on the rooftop write above us and he didn’t said anything about it. All he cared was to take our money. For two days we didn’t sleep in one room because they were stains on the sheets. When they changed the sheets the next morning a construction team at 7 am start with the noise fixing the roof. When we called the host to complain he literally said that he didn’t know about that ( like the came suddenly without any notice)! Let me be sarcastic: -The workers didn’t had anything to do that day and they said…Hey guys it’s kind of boring today! Let’s go and fix that roof-just for fun! Scammer host.

Good for a bachelor party but lacking some basics. No hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, or Kleenex. I get cutting costs, and most of those things you can live without, but I draw the line at hand soap Beds were comfy, hot tub worked well, it's just a real shame the thing we will all remember could have been prevented with a couple of $2 pump soaps

The lake, hot tub, and fire pit were great. The rooms were clean and as expected. Using the kayaks was easy, convenient, and fun. When pulling the kayaks from the garage, we had to move a vehicle to have enough room to maneuver the long canoe around the house. We were eager to get out on the water and forgot to move the car back, although it wasn't blocking any other driveways or units. In doing so I received a text that iTrip had "received reports of vehicles that appear to violate parking rules". While we didn't get fined, it did make everyone feel uneasy at the property. The neighborhood itself is likely all vacation rentals, with the exception of a few long term residents who were not friendly at all. They actively shielded their faces and hurried away when we waved at them. Weird vibe!! The unit is a duplex which I only realized after arriving and re-reading reviews. The space did tend to feel like a sterile quasi-hotel, which if that's what you want, hits the mark.

Misrepresented property. No book showing how things work etc. kept telling us the WiFi would be fixed and it was off from late Friday til we left on Tuesday, only to find out the day we left that a switch in the house was off accidentally!! We suggested an appropriate refund with no response just a lot of I am sorry!! This does not cut it when paying top dollar. Please be alert with these inexperienced hosts if you wish to stay here.hopefully the owner will read these comments.!

I think a functional, clean, mid-level space. Not luxury but comfortable. Amazing backyard backing on to wine yards . The most uncomfortable part was a early checkout of 10 am.

The room was 82 degrees while the space air conditioner was on. The host was unable to resolve anything and took very long to respond to any messages.

I would not stay here again. First, I got into town at 2pm and had to wait until 7pm to check in. After finally checking in, I see the home hasn't been updated since probably the mid 90s. Extremely low quality interior where basically every item looked like something purchased at the dollar store. Ice machine is broken. Also what looks like DIY projects with a kitchen island that has missing cabinet doors and a garage/game room cabinet that has actual cardboard doors??? The main bathroom vent fell out of the ceiling while I was in it. The backyard looked like it hadn't been weeded in months. Honestly if this were a $150 a night booking, I wouldn't complain. But paying over $1000 for 3 nights in a home this quality is a JOKE. I literally live 20 minutes away and the location of this home does not make up for the quality. And honestly, it's tucked 10 minutes away into the back of the neighborhood. Far from convenient. This seems like a typical money grab situation. 3 stars is generous.

Wouldn't book a stay in this Airbnb again. The place was dirty, hair and dirt in the bathroom sink. The drains in the tub and sink were clogged with standing water my entire 6 day stay. Floors left my feet black. There was construction noise in the unit above for the first two days. The Wifi wasn't stable so I had to use my personal hotspot throughout my stay. The epitome of corporate greed: 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 6 day stay. And there was no sponge or dishrag to wash dishes provided yet they required you to do the dishes at check out. The balcony is shared with the unit next door so it's not at all private. Being that it's in a condo building, there are a lot of rules. The hosts defer responsibility to the condo building but I've stayed at another Airbnb in this building and had a much more pleasant stay with cleaner accommodations, stocked TP, dish sponge..etc. If you are looking for a beach vaca there are much better options in Flagler.

The location and views are phenomenal, so if that’s your priority, this place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and management were a major disappointment. The first unit was dirty and run down, and I found a fresh blood stain on the mattress cover underneath the sheets. The cabinets, shower, and couch were also visibly dirty. When I brought it up, management responded with, “We can only do so much with the amount we turn these rooms,” which was not acceptable. I was moved to another Airbnb nearby, but that unit also had issues, including a dirty comforter and missing lobby access information that left me locked out. I tried to make the best of it since I was traveling alone, but these kinds of issues could easily ruin a family vacation. With better cleaning and management, this could be a great stay, but as it stands, I would not recommend it.

Hobbit’s Rest is visually cute, and the welcome wine was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the listing or price point. The property itself was the biggest disappointment. The hobbit theme and outdoor setting were the main reason we booked, but the grounds were overgrown with no clear walking paths, hard-to-access benches, and no practical way to enjoy the creek or waterfall. We brought lawn games expecting usable outdoor space and couldn’t use them. Inside, the Wi-Fi only worked near one window, there was only enough hot water for a few inches in the tub, and the tap water smelled of sulfur so we had to buy drinking water and coffee in town. The kitchen was minimally stocked. This felt more like rustic camping than a premium rental and the listing should reflect that more accurately. Plus I paid a large fee because I booked through one platform not knowing about the other platform, and in the end, both platforms directed me to other other for help.
