“Great place and location, right on the beach. Could hear the waves at night from the master bedroom. The only thing that we didn’t really like is that there’s no toiletries at all, we had to go buy shampoo and more trash bags.”

“I would not stay here again. Upon arrival it had a bad smell, we found what appeared to be extensive mold growth on multiple ceilings and walls, particularly around the trim and corners. There was also what looked like rust on a bedside lamp, and the air vent was caked with dust and debris, making it clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The condition of the property raised serious concerns about cleanliness and indoor air quality. Anyone with allergies, asthma, or respiratory issues should be especially cautious. We expected a clean, well-maintained beach house, but instead found conditions that made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. The property has potential, but it needs a thorough deep cleaning, HVAC vent cleaning, and any moisture or mold issues should be properly addressed before being rented to future guests. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking a vacation rental, and unfortunately, this property fell far short.”

“We really enjoyed our stay & will return again, we loved everything about the location the complex & everything. It was a little warm in the bedrooms & I think some added blinds might help keep some of the heat out! BUT my family & I would return.. maybe just with a fan or two! ☺️”

“I could have easily given this 5 stars, however, a beach renourishment project was going on during our stay and the 2nd half of our week was disrupted. It is not the owner's fault that this took place, however, there could have been a disclaimer on the booking about the ongoing project. We were unaware of the project until after we had booked. Having a knowledge of the project and where it had already been completed could have impacted the location where we were booking. I communicated this to the office . They indicated they would check with the owner to see if anything would be offered, but I never heard back. The condo and location were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.”
