“The house is comfortable, clean, and lovely, but there was hardly any water flowing in the river—it was almost dry. It was very disappointing that the river didn't look like it did in the photo. Perhaps it wasn't the right season for the river to have water; I’d like to know which months are best for river flow.”

“Beautiful views and neighborhood. The house needs some work. The back slider does not lock. The AC does not work very well upstairs, yet it is freezing downstairs. One eye on the stove does not work. The windows and the blinds were very dirty. One window upstairs was broken and could not be opened and several windows did not have a screen. The bathtub is very hard to get in and out of. Need some shelves near it to place soap, etc Lot's of spider webs”

“The unit had several problems. The electrical outlets were not working in the living room except for one. It was out dated for price we paid. There were no fans for a very hot week.”

“Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in Pagosa. We come often and love the town. The house is nice and the lake location made it fun for the kids to catch catfish. The game room was also fun.”

“We had a great time, and the glass house was very fun and different. It is completely transparent at night without pulling all the curtains closed, however. Other than that, it was very nice, quiet, and modern.”
