“Host cancelled our accommodation within 2 hours of checkout. Our party travelled to Boston for an event, and when they cancelled this accommodation we had nowwhere else to stay. They said they might be able to host us and I kept following up and eventually Airbnb customer support called me to say they cancelled the reservation, they didn’t even call me themselves. We had to fork out to stay somewhere else an hour outside of Boston. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend staying here, poor communication and customer service”
