“It was a lovely place, very clean and fresh, location was very good and walkable, once we good the door app working all was great, would definitely stay again and bring friends and family.”

“The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. You can unlock the door using your mobile phone. I would like to stay here again when visiting Boston.”

“Stayed here with a friend for a few days, we both really enjoyed our time here and loved the area, lots of cafes in the area and parking was nice and close by.”

“The booking and initial communication process was good. The check-in process was also fairly smooth, though there was some ambiguity on instructions for the parking. However, the real challenge was with the amenities. The laundry machine did not work. The dishwasher pods would not dispense, and the most challenging part, the AC in one of the rooms was not functioning properly for 2 of the 4 days, which made for some uncomfortable sleeping. We raised the issue many times, and we were told that someone would come by to address the issues, but no one did eventually. Made for a very bad experience, which is unfortunate because the location and the apartment otherwise is good.”

“The location is excellent for access to subway, convenience to grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the apartment is beautiful of downtown Boston. The place is secure and felt very safe. The only items I think could be improved on is having black out curtains in the bedrooms and better directions for using the wash machine. The photos on the door need the words on and off on them to show the position the valve needs to be in.”
