“Gorgeous view, big spacious yard and pool. Quiet. The place is clean and roomy, though carpets are stained/aging with several old large stains (dogs?). The 2nd floor deck was amazing. It is well furnished. Property could use some TLC/updates, several small things need to be addressed. Bunk beds missing slats and an interior door was damaged and kept getting stuck. Bunk beds would be a big issue with more young guests. David quick to respond and inquired if we wanted help immediately. Fridge leaks. The larger gate on the yard is severely damage, borderline pointless and and some fence planks missing at other spots. A willful pet or small one would find a way to escape the yard into the semi-busy street (small parking lot across the way very popular for surfers/walkers). Do NOT expect easy beach access especially with kids/tents/pets. The path is treacherous. At full moon/high tide, forget it. Real access requires driving. Maybe worth it if you are comfortable sharing bathrooms.”

“Our family was happy with our stay. We really enjoyed location love driving on the beach. House may need a little freshening up . We did enjoy the room. Family had a blast.”

“We were led to believe this would be a relaxing location. It was not. There is a night club adjoining to the corner edge of the property. Employees come in an out slamming doors at all hours. The music makes the building bump until around 2 am. Drunks will wonder onto the property, bang on the fences, and generally cause a nuisance. When asked to leave they just swear at you and became confrontational. We were not allowed to park in the driveway, but tourist have free rein. I watched 5 to 6 cars at a time come park in the units driveway all weekend, unload thier kids and go shopping and come back a few hours later with their haul (noisy as can be). Oh, and when it rains, the bathroom fan vent just poured water all over our belonging. The floors were so dirty that they turned our socks and feet black when we walked around the house. Given the reality of the location, the door latches and locks are inadequate. If some one wanted to break in, they are easily getting in. Not woth the $.”
