“The location was excellent, but unfortunately the home needs significant cleaning, maintenance, and safety attention. The dock had storm damage, the deck had rotting joists, there was broken wood debris in the yard, no railing on the steps to the dock, and the pool light was broken. The home also needed a deep cleaning, including dusty air vents and fans, dirty sliding door tracks, and a noticeable urine smell in a closet. Some drawers contained old items, including a 2024 calendar. The A/C also struggled to keep up with the Florida heat. We contacted Jessica, who offered to send the cleaners back, but we declined since we planned to spend our time fishing and swimming. She said she would follow up the next day regarding the A/C, but we never heard back. Overall, great location, but the property needs considerable upkeep.”

“The host was polite and responsive in messaging. The location is amazing. Parts of the property such as bathrooms are beautiful. We used this location as a base for trips to Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studio’s etc and had an amazing time. From the property you can walk to a beautiful beach. That said during our stay we did experience multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, the property did not appear to have been properly cleaned or prepped. For example the swimming pool was dirty, requiring us to set up and run the pool cleaner ourselves. There were several other minor cleanliness and maintenance issues. The garage advertised for parking was filled with stored items and unusable, and the main bathroom was missing a toilet seat entirely. ​While we appreciated the host’s quick replies, the local property management clearly failed.”

“This place was right on the beach! The views were amazing! You could see the river and ocean from the balcony although it was closed due to construction! But even with the construction it was an awesome stay and would definitely book again!!”

“We had an amazing experience staying here. The condo was spotless. Plenty of room to stretch out. Easy access to the pool and beach. The building itself was also very well kept. We felt very secure. We are a family that enjoys cooking and we had plenty of kitchen tools, pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Looking forward to come back again!”
