“Beautiful place to stay!!!I would recommend to stay there if you don’t mind the beach access was not the greatest!! The resorts had beach chairs and umbrella set up everywhere. You have to go in front of them very overcrowded for a big resort. Went to a different beach access. Had to drive about 6 miles which we didn’t mind. The resort has everything that you would want restaurant fireworks live music its own boardwalk. The pools are not that great the water was very warm!! Couldn’t get in them..The golf carts are a plus!! I love Sandestin!!!”

“This was our third year staying at the Maravilla and this was by far the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They had everything you could possibly need-plenty of towels, crockpot, all the dishes and pans, utensils, a beach wagon full of toys and chairs- I’m not kidding when I say everything you could need. The set up was really great for us as we had our family of 5 on one end with our own bath and my in-laws at the other end with their own bath as well. Extremely walkable and I love the beach service and private beach, keeping crowds down and making it easy to relax and still watch the kids swim. Even the back patio had plenty of seating for all of us to sit and enjoy dinner or drinks My only complaint was that the pics made it seem pool front and it was actually on the side but it ended up being even better because it was maybe 20 steps to the pool and had a fence out back so the kids or pets could run and play without getting near the road. Would 100% stay here again!”

“The home itself was pleasant. Getting around was wonderful on the golf carts. We were slightly upset to find there was really no private beach. When we finally got our crew down to the beach, (across from be Highway, after the long walk with the kids and the wagon, chairs, canopy, you name it, we found the “private beach” over-run with ‘Sandestin rentable umbrellas and chairs,’ taking up the whole beach. There were literally 1000’s of people. We enjoyed the home, but if you’re looking for privacy with your family, look elsewhere.”

“Great views, location and nice surroundings. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we need. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the golf course scene. The back patio was peaceful in the evening listening to the cicadas and tree frogs. We did miss being close to the ocean. It was a bit of a hassle carting all of our stuff on the golf cart and parking was not always guaranteed. Beach access wasn't great in front of location and the beach was absolutely packed. The beds were very comfortable. A/C was great and unit never felt warm. Golf cart was a bit disappointing as it was older and a bit worn down. We visited 3 of the pools and they were all great and clean. Kitchen appliances were new and worked well. This place had the best stocked kitchen that I've ever stayed at. Lots of pots and pans. The beds in the bunk room were also comfortable but we were a little disappointed there was not a TV in there. There was a rug in the living room that was quite slick, so beware if you have elderly people or kids with you.”
