“Perfect for a long weekend at Hot Springs! Quiet neighborhood, clean home, and a lot of amenities to make you feel right at home. Also great location for local restaurants, grocery stores, and the national park. I recommend!”

“The home was exactly as represented in the photos! The lake access and grounds were amazing! Quiet, but decent size, cove. Neighbors were lovely and surrounding homes well maintained. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog! 4 large bedrooms-3 with en suites. One master was on the main which gives you a little more distance from teenagers who want to stay up and would work well for people who have mobility issues. Game room was great for kids! TV in the living room, master bedroom and small one in the game room. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add TV’s to the other bedrooms. Furniture was pretty but a little worn. However, it made it feel not so “precious” that you’re stressing when the kids are playing! All the drawers, light switches, etc were labeled which was a huge help! All major attractions were no more than 20 minutes, max, away. Door Dash available. Kroger, Walmart and Sam’s very close. Great place to stay for large families as well!”

“The views from the balcony were unbelievably BEAUTIFUL. Pictures do not give it justice! The home were very clean and in close proximity to all that Hot Springs has to offer!”

“Upon arrival, my first thought was the pictures did not do this place justice. It was beautiful! We brought our pontoon boat and messed our propeller up right away not realizing the water was so extremely shallow (water depth was listed in the book next to the sink in the kitchen but we did not read this prior to unloading the boat) Water is about 3 foot deep! I feel this should’ve been mentioned in the listing, a sign should’ve been put up, something to make sure people are more aware! Also the furniture is extremely outdated and broken.. we sat on the couch and fell to the floor before realizing the boards underneath were broken! The bottom bunk on one of the bunk beds has broken boards. The outside fan on the porch is broken and hanging. While having an ice machine was nice IT IS LOUD even with the door closed.. The grill should be added to the cleaning list at the end of each stay. Poor communication with the host-let him know about broken furniture and never heard anything back.”
