“The property itself was fine, but the primary bedroom bed was not. As shown in the attached photos, the support slats underneath the mattress had collapsed. We raised the issue with the host after the stay and provided photographic evidence. Although the host was responsive, they declined to offer any compensation. I would recommend that future guests check the condition of the beds upon arrival.”

“We had a fantastic family vacation with our family of 5 and our dogs and our experience with Jonah and his team and co-hosts was above exceptional. Communication was excellent, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do and experience. The apartment was comfortable, clean, good for our pets, and overall lovely.
