The condo was beautiful, in a beautiful building, in a great location. The subway station was close and the Boston Public Garden was about 2 blocks away. The price is high, but so is the price of Boston real estate.

The apartment was beautiful and centrally located. That being said, we were notified the day before we arrived that we could not check in until a day after our reservation due to maintenance issues. The Hosts offered a replacement location for one night which was further away and not centrally located. This resulted in additional Uber costs and inconvenience with our planned touring and dining plans the first and second day of our 3 night stay. I was assured we would receive a partial refund for the first night to cover the difference in location, additional costs incurred and inconvenience but still have not received anything. When I asked about it I was told to refer to "platform refund policy details". This was the first time I had been given those instructions. The communication regarding our interrupted travel due to their maintenance issues was not consistent and questionable. The trip planned for my 86 year old mother was complicated and disrupted without any compensation.

Modern, spacious, clean apartment. Perfect for two couples. Great location. Loved the big outdoor roof terrace. Grilled there several evenings and had the whole place to ourselves both nights.

This was perfect for our family on our vacation. The location could not have been better and the unit was very clean and well equipped.

I found the ad for this property to be very misleading. On the front page of the ad, it said that this place offers "Free parking garage on premises". After booking I learned that the free parking is only for long term guests. Apparently, the explanation for this is buried somewhere in the property description. Admittedly, I didn't take the time to read all of the detail, and that's on me. At the same time, I believe that the description shouldn't indicate "free parking" if it isn't for each guest or it should say "free parking for long term guests". I was also very disappointed that Jonah and his team weren't able to offer a solution other than I needed to park in a neighboring building with an additional cost of $120. While this property is nice, I could never recommend it to a friend because of the lack of transparency in the parking situation and their unwillingness to admit their description was misleading.
