“I would like to start with this wood and could be a nice place, the location is very nice. The layout is very nice. But I did have some concerning issues that should’ve been followed up with before I booked and all should’ve been checked before arriving. The arcade Pac-Man game does not work. You cannot go down with the stick. The other arcade game, you actually had to pay to play the air hockey game did not blow air. That was also broke. Could not use the grill because that was also broken. I had to use a fire extinguisher on it. The stove is also not working correctly trying to cook on the stove. Everything is cooked on high, even if you put it on low. I just was not satisfied with the money that I spent felt like nothing worked. And to pay over $3000 definitely a bad deal and highly dissatisfied. We even found a house roach two of them. In the middle of our stay, the power got knocked out for 2 hours.”

“-Deck boards on porch had nails extending above the boards - Master bathroom toilet ran and “Grunted”. Never fully refilled, we turned off the water supply - Multiple electrical outlets didn’t work - Light switches were hard to figure out, excessive number of them and in weird locations - Bathroom vent fan in second bathroom is a broken switch. - Gutters are clogged leading to them being operationally useless. - Property has an erosion issue off the front of the porch where you can see exposed underground systems - Damaged carport due to tree. - Driveway is steep and has large blind spots when exiting. - Key lockbox is located on edge of porch by 20’+ drop off, would be better located next to the door. - Half the Pool sticks were broken with one severely damaged so we didn’t get to use that rental feature. Overall, the stay was fine but I spent more than my monthly mortgage payment to stay here and it was not up to that bar for me.”
