“We’ve stayed in PGA West many times over the years, and this home is in my favorite location within the community. The setting is excellent, convenient, and makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The house itself is comfortable and very livable for a short-term stay. That said, there are a few updates that would make a noticeable difference. The dresser in the primary bedroom is quite worn and distressed and could use replacement or refinishing. It stands out in an otherwise pleasant space. I would also recommend giving the garage some attention. We understand this is someone's personal property, but if the home is being rented regularly and professionally managed, the garage would benefit from a thorough cleaning and decluttering. Removing some of the stored items and organizing the space would create a much better impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return because the location is truly outstanding. “Pros: Location. Backyard Views. Cons: Hair in master bed. Inadequate air conditioning. Extra charge for air conditioning. Outdated decor and furniture. Pool heater was off and would take a full day to heat the pool and risk of upcharge. The listing presents the property as a house but turns out this is a condo. Great location but very disappointing. In dire need of a remodel. Completely overpaid. Very disappointing. We do not recommend.”

“This waa by far thee greatesr air b&b rental I’ve ever stayed in! The house was huge, spotless, super stocked with anything and everything you can imagine! The beds were so comfortable! The showers and bathrooms were spotless! And the outdoor area, pool are immaculate! We even mountain goats come visit us every morning. It was a scene out of a movie. This will be the only house I ever stay at in the desert. Its unbeatable!”
