“This place is in the perfect location! We stayed here so we could walk to a 2-day event that was being held at the local park. We felt pretty safe walking home at night or getting dropped off by an Uber/Lyft. We were able to get groceries/necessities delivered to our door while we were there. It was convenient having two parking spots available up the driveway. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We both felt the indoor space was cleaner than the other Airbnb’s in the nearby neighborhoods that we’ve stayed in. Even the top of the refrigerator was clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths available. Sheets were available for use if you bring a pet, to keep their fur from getting on beds/furniture. Very handy! Dog water bowl was available for use. It was great having a washer/dryer for use in the unit. The regular coffee and Keurig were very good to have, as well as some kcups to try. We would love to stay here again next year!”

“Noticeable smell as soon as you walk in. Either mold or the bug spray or cockroaches in general. Temp was set to 76 when we got there so it was very humid and warm upon arrival. Vents next to beds seemed fine at first until you realize that the vents most likely have mold in them and it would basically on you when you sleep. Found a few roaches in the kitchen and there was one in the dishwasher as well. Driveway is VERY steep. Getting out of the driveway was a hazard as you are in the middle of a busy sidewalk and almost in the road on a very busy street”
