“Apartment was nice, clean, good location”

“Perfect little cottage! I had to finish up my Masters at The University of Tampa, and i was able to finish my last month while staying at this cottage. I couldn’t be more grateful.”

“I feel like the pictures gave it a better appearance that reality. There was a noticeable stale or past smoking like odor in the whole place. On our last night (night 3) as we stayed in that night and were on the couch more, we noticed fleas. Several times a flea jumped on us. It’s pet friendly but with those extra fees they should be using them on exterminator services to avoid that. I feel like most reviews won’t give accurate information as they have a sign up saying receive a $25 gift card for a good review.”
