“Door code provided didn’t work, but I quickly got a hold of someone at the management company. The beds in the second bedroom are pretty uncomfortable. Even our kids complained. I sent a message about the second bathroom and never got a response. I think the management company takes care of everything not the owners.”

“For the amount of money that we paid it’s not worth it , they are using some property management company so your phone is being spammed constantly, property is on main road so it’s very loud , internet is slow, AC/ HVAC is super loud inside . We had an issue with fridge and they didn’t solve it very fast , it took almost 3 days to bring small replacement fridge all this while host on Airbnb has no idea what is going on and it’s telling you to text random number that is misleading you in the status of repair .”
