“3 stars. We still enjoyed our family vacation, but the property did not match the listing photos. The furniture(mostly outside) was much more worn than expected, the master bed creaked with any movement, and there was heavy hard water buildup throughout the home. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and there were exposed extension cords that raised safety concerns. We also heard what sounded like a bat/bird in the fireplace throughout our stay, and that issue was never resolved. The host did send a cleaner, who addressed the oven and attempted to remove some of the hard water buildup, which we appreciated. Overall, the home has potential, but it needs better maintenance and updated photos so guests know what to expect.”
