“Great time and was extremely private and peaceful time. The apartment was clean and convenient; great views .”

“First impression was that the location is right on the beach as photos show, parking lot was easy to find just across from the elevator but we highly recommend to paint the lines of the parking lot because it’s faded out and makes it hard to identify which parking lot is for our unit. As for the unit itself, it’s a nice layout, but the kitchen cook were was old and air conditioning filter was dirty (it needs to be changed out for air quality) as there was a mildew/fishy scent in the unit overall. Both the bathrooms also do not have any air vents and its looks to be molding on the ceiling as there’s no bathroom fan. The beds themselves are squeaky and old. Pillow are yellow stain need to change with new one The host was quick to respond when needed, but printed checkout instructions was differed from what was messaged to us which caused confusion. Overall, I’m glad that I had a great experience with this trip in terms of location but would highly suggest the update the listed above.”

“This house was amazing for our girls trip! So close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed, like an outdoor shower, beach chairs, and even a boogie board! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and we loved the open concept that encouraged us to spend time together. The couch was super comfy too! I would definitely recommend staying here for your Indian Rocks Beach trip!”
