“Pros: THE VIEW is spectacular! I've stayed in Colorado Springs many times, and this is the best view I've ever had. The place is comfortable and clean. It is relatively close to downtown Colorado Springs. Cons: It was missing a few key items. There was only one roll of toilet paper (which we didn't learn until we ran out). It took hours for more to be delivered. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc., but it didn't have pot holders, extra paper towels, or kitchen towels, so it was difficult to wash dishes (or hands for that matter). I wouldn't dissuade anyone from staying here, but check those things on arrival.”

“I would say we got what we paid for. A big house for a big group. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as it was a jump off point for area activities, which there were a ton!! The house could use a little TLC, in my opinion, but overall it was an excellent place for kids to play and the adults to hangout after long days out and about. For the price, it was certainly worth it.”
