iTrip in Key West, Florida

“This worked perfect for us. It's walking distance to everything you could want to do in Key West, and just outside of the main busy area, so it's peaceful and quiet. We understood it was a small studio going into it but that was fine for us since we only planned to sleep there. There's a bunch of units in a house, but we didn't hear any noise/disruptions from anyone else while we were there. We did enjoy the pool too, which was nicely partially shaded and private, cool hangout area. Close to Blue Heaven, which makes it especially worth it!!”

“The stay here was great! It was really nice to have 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. This place is perfect for multiple parties. The pool being right outside the balcony was nice. The only thing I wish this place had was complementary beach accessories such as chairs and/or umbrellas. All of our Airbnb’s located at “beach vacation” spots had come with those things. Nonetheless, it doesn’t change the 5-star review. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“When we rented the townhouse the website showed it as clean and that was the appeal for me. When we arrived the first things that stood out were the stairwell carpet stains, the carpet under the dining table is dirty, the grout in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing, the rail on the stairwell is loose and one of the blinds are broken. I'm not overly concerned about the blinds but the carpeting and grout are big issues for me. There were also termites all over the stove and when the representative from trip was contacted this was her response: Those are termites and wings, we are on the end of swarming season if you leave lights on at night they will come inside the house however they can get in. There isn't much that can be done for them getting in, you can minimize by keeping lights off at night. It doesn't have anything to do with the cleanliness of the house, you can clean them up today and they could be there tomorrow. So Sorry about inconvenience.”
