“I’ve rented from this resort in the past in a different room and was happy with my stay, the location, amenities and beach front access. We decided to return because of our experience. The resort itself won’t disappoint. Upon checking in to this room we noticed the shower constantly running due to a broken shower valve, toilet that ran all night and day with trouble flushing, the counter top was dirty with make-up and lots of hair in the shower. The drawers had water damage and had a hard time opening them. The corner in bathroom floor had visible mold (probably due to constant leaking from the shower) and the floor was always wet regardless of the shower valve being shut off. The excessive moisture caused the fan blades to bend downward and the appliances are rusty. There was a tiny dehumidifier in the unit but it definitely is not enough. Why rent the unit if it’s not safe? I had a headache everyday I entered the unit and runny and scratchy throat everyday. But the view was beautiful”

“Charles and Liz were very helpful and nice during our stay. The condo had an amazing view and was peaceful. The only bad thing about this stay was the hotel staff. Other hotel guests had the same complaints.”

“The view and location were great! Easy access to the beach. The tiki bar and cafe were convenient to have on the grounds. Just be aware there is limited toilet paper, paper towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise, great stay and great beach.”
