“The condo looks just like the pictures. The views are beautiful. The condo was clean. The owners were very gracious to allow our 18 year to join us at the last minute. Unfortunately, it was the sargassum season. It was easy to see that without this the beach and water would have been beautiful. Our cove was the worst and therefore the beach and ocean water were not useable the entire vacation. Fortunately, the beach at the hotel next door was clean and did not have any sargassum. We also rented a boat twice so we could enjoy the water. The other issue was the pool. We noticed that the pool filter was not running and the pool was not being vacuumed. At one point bird poop floated past. I did reach out to the owners and they contacted the HOA. The pool company came the next morning. Although they said the filter was running properly we noticed after they left it was running properly and had been cleaned. It seemed they weren’t doing their job since many owners are not around in summer.”
