“We had a wonderful stay.”

“When we arrived it was very clean, however the next day week cooked and cleaned before we left out. When we returned there were roaches everywhere!! There was no bug spray on the property. We all debated if we were going to ask for some form of compensation. The cost to stay here isn’t cheap. One of the other occupants sat down in a chair and the chair broke, but the response time was great. The home does need some repairs along with an appliance upgrade for the amount it cost to stay there. We enjoyed being in the Keys, not sure if we would choose this property again. We all slept very well. The beds were amazing and the pillows. The host does wonderfully at responding to you.”

“This place was very nice. However the kitchen supplies were very minimal. No kitchen towels, dish cloths. Not a lot of different baking dishes, pans etc. no paper towels, napkins or paper plates. Not a good kitchen if you want to make meals. The small apartment didn’t have hot water. ( the owners did come a fix that problem). Not a lot of bathroom towels. The rooms had ceiling fans but most of them were could make work. Once we figured out the A/C control we were comfortable.”

“Honestly this place was beautiful it right on the water absolutely stunning condo in a stunning location and would definitely return to here however the floors were very dirty it was about 30 minutes after we took our shoes off our feet were black and we were only inside. We had noticed so so so many bugs, ants, roaches and spiders. I am not a bug person and it freaked me out while cooking dinner a roach crawled out the sink and also were everywhere. Just a few things the dresser was broken which was weird that it hadn’t been fixed an also the light in the shared full bed room. Other than this the house was absolutely amazing and will absolutely be back! Thank you for an amazing trip!”

“We had a wonderful stay at our Sweet Escapes rental in Marathon. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and clearly very well cared for. From the moment we walked in, everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming, which made it easy to settle in and relax. The house had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. While it could be a bit more fully stocked in some areas, it definitely covered the basics and didn’t take away from the overall experience. The location felt very safe and peaceful, which we really appreciated. Marathon itself is more on the quiet side and doesn’t offer a ton of activities for teens, but if you’re looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a slower pace, it’s ideal. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus and made it easy to soak up the natural beauty of the area. Overall, this is a stunning home and a perfect spot for rest and relaxation. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!!”
