Blueground is very organized but at times I felt communication was lacking. The QR code to get my keys to the apartment did not work and after driving all the way from eastern Washington I had to wait on an associate to get back to me with a working code. There was also initially a miscommunication about my parking space after I had already paid in advance for one. Also, a neighboring apartment flooded and I was not communicated to at all about what was going on. Blueground offered me to move into another unit at cost to me for the increased price so instead I opted to stay in my unit that had construction on and off for about two weeks during my stay. For as much as I was paying for the place I was staying I would unfortunately say it was not worth the price with the lack of communication and effort by Blueground.

Belle appartement, très bien situé ! Personnel de l'immeuble très agréable. Point negatif, j'ai du racheter les basics ( sel, poivre, sac poubelle, savon etc...) pas de poêle pour cuisiné.

They made me pay for a background check before I checked in. Would not accept my credit cards despite Airbnb saying there was not issue. The washer did not work ever during the stay. The heater was stuck in an on position which made the place unbearably hot. I was told that my pet was ok without any charges for the two weeks. The furniture was not as described and very old and disgusting and barely usable and missing a chair. There was a terrible smell. On two occasions water was pouring through the ceiling in the bathroom for several hours. Customer service was not helpful and only worked during business hours and did not respond to the problems. Then they are trying to charge me 650 extra for the dog there for two weeks. I left the place cleaner then when I entered this property. I would avoid Blueground properties at all cost. By far the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed at.

we had a good stay overall, but it was disappointing at the end when they made false claims around cleanliness and cleaning services they used. it was claimed that deep cleaning was needed ($$$) but only showed pictures of some dust spots and two marks we couldn't identify. first time this has happened to me. great location though

Upon check in to a 3 month rental, the sink had a sewage odor and film that I had to clean. The unit was not cleaned well and the photos were not close to representing the stained sofa, and falling apart table and chairs that I had to go buy an allen wrench set to tighten so we could sit on the kitchen table chairs and set things on the coffee table. Also, the dryer did not work. After numerous calls to Blueground, I finally had to get the issues solved by going to building management. The water backing up in the sink took 3 weeks to fix and a new washer dryer unit needed to be order. For the first month we had to use the washer and dryer a few units down that was empty.

I stayed here for four weeks. I barely slept at all. My partner stayed with me for a little while too and he had so much trouble with the noise that decided to leave early. Every night somewhere between midnight and 3am there is a very loud noise that woke us up every single night. After sending videos, blue ground asked for more videos, so I ended up recording this three nights and after ten days they finally got back to me that it's nothing they can do and it's normal maintenance. After some point I started playing white noise on the TV but every night that would go off too because their Wifi kept shutting down. When I pointed this out they said there is nothing they can do. They also kept pushing for the communication outside Airbnb. The only reason I didn't move was because they said there is no way for me to get my money back. I have stayed in so many airbnbs before. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Be cautious!!!!

your service and the communication was atrocious. One of the worst experiences I've had and it continues to be. there's no two-way conversation that's just a series of repeated robotic responses. therefore nothing ever makes progress. anything I needed done for the apartment I had to go to the office or I had to fix myself. The service never was helpful

The apartment was not fit for purpose. There was no electricity in one of the bedrooms and bathroom for weeks and it took ages to sort. There were no pots and pans, and the Wifi went down numerous times. The washing machine was located in the basement but you could not access Wifi to turn it on. There was no laundry basket provided and nothing to dry the clothes on. There was no spare bedding and both beds, because of their poor quality, came apart frequently during our stay. Overall, I would only rate this property a 1 star.

Review: This booking was not a good experience. After I paid, I was informed that an additional application process, including credit and criminal checks, was required. This was not disclosed before payment. I am a traveling healthcare worker and have never experienced this on Airbnb. Because I did not meet their internal requirements, the stay was canceled after payment, and the refund took two days to be released. During that time, I had to stay in a hotel for three extra days before I could book another property. This information should be clearly disclosed upfront so guests can make informed decisions.
