I would stay here again and again and would recommend this place to anyone. It’s located just steps from the bike/ walking trails, places to rent a kayak, bike rental place is a 30 second walk, zilker park is a 5-10 minute walk, Barton springs is right down the road and there’s a small food truck park directly behind the apartment. There is also 3-4 really good restaurants in walking distance, and you’re very close to downtown as well. Apartment was small but perfect for me and my wife visiting Austin. The pool is really nice and the rooftop area is perfect. There are grills, multiple seating areas and a great view of downtown. I’m ready to go back!

Justin was next level. Start to finish could not fault an asset to Air B. 5 star outfit and service. Thank you team for a perfect stay.

I checked in as I needed a place to stay between leases and immediately left. There was mold on the walls, brown stains and dirt on every corner and floorboard. Half the lights didn’t work and the neighborhood is sketchy. Would not stay for a night or long term.

This place was pretty good and extremely quiet and relaxing. I did however have constant maintenance issues that felt as if I had to go by the front desk daily to have them resolved. Also this portion isn’t a Blue-ground issue but in terms of the apartment complex, the residents play a huge role at keeping the place nasty. It’s pet feces and dog poop literally every where you step. Sidewalks, doorways, stairwells, parking lots, hallways. This is not an exaggeration by any means. You have to watch every step you make or you will step in dog poop. Again not a Blue-ground issue, but I wont move back to Medina highlands because of this. For future Airbnb residents, also know that this is not a fairly commute friendly location if you work in the Domain. Walking is unrealistic and because it is a fairly new location drivers from Lyft, Uber, and Door-dash always seem to have trouble finding it. I had to constantly explain to each driver how to find me for pickups and delivery attempts.
