“We enjoyed the location at the lagoons and it was beautiful to go out walking and walkable to the library, post office, grocery and weekly markets! Having the furniture and internet all provided and ready to go is priceless and made it easy for us to move in without issues. Initial communication to resolve a cleaning problem with bathroom was not responded to in a timely manner and required several calls. Communication improved significantly a couple weeks into our stay when it was shared a new manager for the area was assigned. Would stay again!”

“Once we checked in we were overcome with a a moldy damp smell. We walked in and saw the carpet full of black stains. When we closed the door the back of the door had dust marks punched into it. We contacted the host and Airbnb immediately, waited for four hours and the host never responded. Checked into a hotel. Continued to call and message the host (as did Airbnb). No response. After over 46 hours then Airbnb refunded me. The host still hasn’t responded.”
