“Good value for an extended stay in San Diego's expensive short-term rental market. Generally a positive experience. However there were a handful of annoyances: in the Bradbury building, co-work area in the lobby is occupied by building management staff, and cell coverage/wifi can be spotty. BBQ area is great, but you can't enjoy your beer poolside. Town&Country next door can have noisy events until 11 p.m. Expect typical apartment living noise: tenants above rumbling around at all hours, rowdy pool area guests, and management have limited ability to make immediate impact.”
