“I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment complex was really good, the apartment itself was nice, and the location was very convenient. I had no issues during my stay. The only unexpected part was the background and credit check, which caught me a little by surprise. Other than that, everything was smooth and I’d definitely stay here again”

“Had a fantastic stay. It was exactly what I needed for a 12 week rotation in healthcare. Tips: It was a little difficult to find on day 1, but it was raining and that did not help! The key (both main entrance and apartment) had a mechanism I had never used before, so that was tricky at first. My only downsides were that it was missing a few kitchen tools (but I’m particular. It has SO many kitchen gadgets), so I bought my own pans and things because I used the oven a good amount. I had some trouble getting a package that required a signature, and a little difficulty getting mail from the mail room as the key fob does not work the same as the regular residents. Other than that, just a wonderful stay with great amenities. Super easy access to downtown and transportation. Made it easy to get around the city, get where I needed to go, and explore! The building made me feel super safe, and I would recommend it to a solo healthcare traveler for sure.”

“The lower ratings were due to check in issues unrelated to the procedures provided. There was some issues of it being not cleaned as well as it should’ve been; and an issue where the cleaning staff left the bathroom door locked and it took 12+ hours to get into it. Otherwise the location is very central and a positive. The unit is a back alley corner unit which has a lot of trash vehicles in the various mornings. So keep in mind noise could be an issue at times. Otherwise great spot and I would stay again.”

“it's was fine had an incident w the fire alarm not being replaced which caused me to leave a couple days earlier. at some point I wanted to extend my stay and they were doubling the price overall good. average. did not go above and beyond when they could've”

“Not only is the apartment an enjoyable stay, there is a great community within the building and the amenities are impressive. Fantastic pool deck with some of the best views from the 24th floor.”
